Technology Holdings’ awards include:
• M&A Deal of the Year ($50MM to $75MM): for the Acquisition of a Majority Stake of Aggne, a leading insurance technology specialist and Duck Creek partner in the US, by Wipro.
• Information Technology Deal of the Year ($10MM to $50MM): For the acquisition of The Lumery, one of the largest independent marketing and technology consultancies in Australia, by Accenture.
These awards are judged by The M&A Advisor, the world’s premier leadership organization for mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance professionals. These awards are a recognition of Technology Holdings’ global presence in 13 countries across 5 continents, cross-cultural knowledge, and proven track record of closing transactions in 25 countries.
