Vivek has over 22 years of investment banking experience including providing strategic and M&A advisory to leading companies & private equity funds in our focus domains.

With mergers and acquisitions experience across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, he has completed over $5 billion in transaction value. Vivek has an educational background in Business Management from Christ University. After a 10 year stint in New York, Vivek moved to London in 2012 where outside of work, he also captains a cricket team at South London Cricket Club, which he founded.

Geeta has over 20 years of M&A and capital markets experience with leading investment banks in North America and Europe.

Geeta manages our EMEA team and operations globally. Geeta started her career at CIBC World Markets and then was in the EMEA Financial Institutions and Fintech Investment Banking team at UBS Investment Bank. Geeta has completed over $50 billion in transaction value. Geeta is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, Geeta enjoys going to the gym and experiencing all that London has to offer, and is a trained classical dancer.

Terry joined Technology Holdings in 2009 after a 10 year career in software and consulting. Terry leads our US team and is based in New York.

He studied economics and philosophy at Michigan State University. Terry’s transaction experience spans IT and business services, digital transformation and analytics. Before Technology Holdings, Terry co-founded and raised capital for HoodFind, a social media company. He has also lived in Japan where he was responsible for building the largest consulting group in Asia for Commerce One – a procurement and B2B software vendor. Terry is a tennis fanatic and you can find him spending his free time on the courts. He enjoys the opera, cooking and grilling, and has a penchant for Japanese culture.

Bruce is an Associate Director in Technology Holdings’ London team, leading on end-to-end sell-side M&A engagements across Europe.

Bruce started his career with KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW, before moving into M&A and focusing on advising entrepreneurs in the business services and technology sectors. Married with two young children, he enjoys a variety of sports along with reading and finding new podcasts.

Rahul joined Technology Holdings in 2011. He has an MBA in Finance and a degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Rahul’s experience spans technology and investment banking, having previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services, Avendus Capital and Corporate Finance Advisors. Outside of work, you can find Rahul spending time with his 8-year-old son. He also enjoys travelling and counts Greece and Switzerland among his favourite destinations.

Arun joined Technology Holdings in 2016. He is a mechanical engineer turned investment banker who leads the India execution team at Technology Holdings.

With over 10 years of investment banking experience, he has advised several domestic and international clients on M&A transactions across Europe, India and APAC, with a specific focus on Enterprise IT Platforms. Arun has an MBA in Finance from BIM, Trichy and a Masters in Advanced Finance from IE Business School, Madrid. A history buff and an architecture enthusiast, he tries to get his love for history to rub off on his 2 young kids who keep him busy outside of work.

Having relocated from London to Melbourne in January 2023, Simon heads Technology Holdings’ Australia team, leading a range of sell-side M&A, private equity and fundraise engagements across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Technology Holdings’ London team in 2018, Simon worked within the M&A Deal Advisory team at Mazars UK, where he qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW. Outside of work, he enjoys travel and exploring the great outdoors, albeit hiking with his young family, or competitive cycling with his Melbourne based race team.

Pablo has over 17 years experience in M&A and capital market transactions gained both as a principal at a private equity firm and as an advisor at leading advisory firms working with owner-managed businesses in the technology sector in the UK and Continental Europe.

Pablo has an EMBA and an MSc in Finance from CEU San Pablo Business School, Valencia, and a Masterclass in Private Equity from London Business School. He is also a CFA charter holder and Chairman of the Private Equity Special Interest Group at CFA Society of the UK in London. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French, Catalan and Portuguese. Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time with his young family, reading, and when possible, going to the gym.

Luke joined Technology Holdings in 2023 and is responsible for the development of the firm’s software coverage efforts in the US market with a cross-sector focus including Insurtech, Fintech, and Industrial Technology.

Luke has over 12 years of M&A, capital markets, and principal investing experience with leading firms in the US and has completed over $11 billion in transaction value. Previously, he was a Director in Teneo’s US Advisory business, a Vice President at G.C. Andersen Partners, and an Associate at Pine Brook Partners. Luke began his career as an Analyst in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Energy and Power Group. Outside of work, Luke is a fan of golf, tennis, and Formula 1, and you can usually find him on the course, on the court, or watching the race.

Jennifer has over 12 years of M&A and Corporate Finance experience at mid-market investment banks as well as technology scale-ups.

Previously she was at Torch Partners in London and AGC Partners Europe covering technology, Healthtech and digital infrastructure and at Sansa Advisors in New York focused on TMT and biopharma transactions. She was Head of Corp Dev at CPaaS vendor Nexmo, acquired by Vonage and at Amobee, acquired by SingTel. Jennifer is a CFA Charterholder, has a Masters degree in Finance from USF and a career spanning across three continents. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hitting the tennis court on Saturdays (rain or shine).

Neeraj has over 12 years experience in Finance and M&A providing advisory services to a number of owner managed businesses and private equity funds on their transaction needs.

As a member of the ICAEW, Neeraj has worked for a range of firms including PwC, mid-tier and boutique firms over his career. As Vice President, Neeraj supports the firm’s European M&A transactions. Outside of work, Neeraj enjoys traveling, cooking and developing his fair weather golfers swing.

Oliver has over 8 years experience in Corporate Finance and M&A, having previously worked for RSM where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Oliver provided transaction advice to a variety of entrepreneurial owner managers, private equity houses and corporates seeking to acquire or divest, primarily focused on the middle market. As Vice President, Oliver supports the firm’s M&A transactions throughout Europe. Outside of work, Oliver enjoys rugby and cricket, while attempting to try his luck at golf.

Pascal has over 6 years of experience in M&A providing advisory services to Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) companies.

Starting his career as an auditor in Luxembourg, he then joined a global investment bank in Paris, primarily focusing on tech companies. Pascal now supports the development of our M&A activities in France. Outside of work, Pascal is passionate about gastronomy, travel and enjoys reading.
