Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our esteemed organization Technology Holdings as an Alliance and Partnership Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the identification, cultivation, and management of strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance our firm’s market position, expand our client base, and drive business growth.

 The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record in forging successful partnerships within the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the TH’s objectives. Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners, assessing their suitability and alignment with our business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Deal Origination and Structuring: Proactively source and evaluate partnership opportunities, including joint ventures, co-investments, and strategic alliances. Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate partnership agreements that optimize value for all parties involved.
  • Due Diligence and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough due diligence assessments on potential partners, evaluating their financial stability, reputation, and alignment with regulatory requirements. Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the interests of the investment bank.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including investment banking, corporate finance, legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure alignment and coordination in partnership initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute partnership agreements seamlessly.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the investment banking sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential partnership avenues.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership activities, such as deal flow, revenue generation, and client acquisition. Prepare regular reports and presentations to assess partnership performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic partnership roles within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in deal origination, negotiation, and structuring complex partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes and mitigating risks.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes.
