1. Preparation and Planning

  • Legal and Financial Closing: We work alongside external advisors for all necessary legal, financial and tax diligence procedures to ensure the deal is closed efficiently. 
  • Transition Support: We assist in managing the transfer of ownership, and overseeing any post-closing activities, such as earn-outs, to ensure a smooth handover.
