Responsibilities

  • Help assist the Sales Operations Manager with monitoring the sales team’s pipelines to ensure the quality of consistent new business and ensure that the team are regularly reconnecting with leads. 
  • Help assist with the company’s overall lead nurturing strategy to ensure that all sales team members are following up with their leads through multiple communication platforms.
  • Help track key performance metrics to assess the success of the sale’s teams BD campaigns and whether they are on track to reach their sales targets.
  • Help collate our sales operations stats and share reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support with the company’s global LinkedIn strategy to help increase conversions.
  • Attend weekly calls with our sales team to get updates on their pipeline, campaigns, and conferences.
  • Help assist the Conference Manager, with maintaining our company’s master conference tracker to ensure no conferences are missed and that the deal teams are consistently tracking/attending conferences for their spaces/regions.
  • Help assist the Conference Manager with researching and finding new conferences for our team to attend. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales operations, reporting and pipeline management. Experience from Investment banking / NBFCs / Financial Services is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. 
  • Willingness to work remote and UK timings
