Technology Holdings is pleased to announce that Hero Electronix has acquired a strategic stake in our client Tessolve Semiconductor.
Tessolve is a leader in semiconductor engineering services with end-to-end capabilities and a client roster that includes 10 of the top 20 global semiconductor companies. Hero Electronix is the electronics and technology arm of Hero Group. Technology Holdings was a co-advisor to Tessolve on the transaction.
Tessolve offers engineering expertise in semiconductor design, test/production engineering, failure analysis and systems design. It has close to 900 employees with offices in India, Singapore, Malaysia and the US. Tessolve helps electronic manufacturers accelerate their product testing and reducing time to market. The transaction is in line with Hero Electronix’s vision of building a billion-dollar global digital products and solutions enterprise.
